BLAST CABINET

Vapourblasts pressurised blast cabinet is essentially a closed loop system that allows the us to blast your hard to sand parts and recycle the abrasive, keeping our costs down and yours!

For smaller items and those where sanding and other forms of preperation are difficult our blast cabinet provides an effective solution to keep your costs down and recieve a beautiful surface ready for finishing with your desired finish.

Whether it be car parts, home decor or any other hard surface, our blast cabinet is ideal for removing paint, rust, scale and oxidation on various irregular surfaces.

How does it work?

In our pressure blast system, the abrasive is stored in the pressure vessel then sealed. The vessel is pressurized to the same pressure as the blast hose attached to the bottom of the pressure vessel. The abrasive is metered into the blast hose and conveyed by the compressed gas through the blast nozzle.
